Time to give back to the industry that provided ample opportunities – for over 40 years – to handle operational issues in custody transfers of commodities, making financial impacts on global level.
The Founder
Ranjit M Kamat, BBA, MICS
Ranjit Kamat, a Merchant Marine with vast and diverse experience spanning multiple decades, has successfully traversed hundreds of thousands of nautical miles. He has tirelessly found his way through some of the trickiest and busiest sea ports as a Captain.
With fluency in Spanish, English, and other regional languages, Kamat is a well-heeled traveler, negotiator, and mediator. During his career spanning multiple decades, Kamat has addressed several complex disputes and succeeded in offering amicable solutions.
As a Captain of many ginormous merchant vessels ferrying oil, gas and other fluids, and cargo for shipping giants, Kamat developed a keen eye for detail. He has proven to have a strong sense of judgment, intuition, and an unwavering fair mind to offer quick and thorough conflict resolutions.
No cargo ship is too large or too bulky for this veteran seafarer. Years of negotiating through international waters has granted Ranjit Kamat a diverse skillset that’s exceedingly rare and valuable.
Ranjit Kamat has helped dozens of businesses save millions of dollars and countless hours which would have otherwise been wasted in litigations. Be it a cargo ship, a barge, or a tug, Kamat knows them well and can vet them with confidence. No matter the location of a terminal or a deep-sea port, Kamat knows them like a back of his hand.
Moving forward, Ranjit Kamat plans to use his experience for the benefit of the shipping industry as a trustworthy confidant who can assess, observe, investigate, arbitrate, and mediate as and when necessary. Although a globetrotter, Kamat has not only maintained but also deepened his ties with his home-county India and helped promulgate its beautiful and timeless culture in the United States and beyond.
